LED Bulbs Fitting

It’s easy to find out about the fitting BUT it’s definitely something you need to know. It’s extremely important to know what light bulb design your light fittings will home, if you don’t find out then you’ll be wasting not only your time but your money as well. The most common domestic bulb fittings are as follows:

  • E27
  • GU10

You don’t need to understand what this mix of letters and numbers represent; you’ll simply need to note down what the fittings are before you start shopping for bulbs. You’ll need to make sure that the bulb will fit as well as being compatible with the correct voltage.

The Brightness of Led Bulbs:

In led lights, the brightness is no longer judged by the number of watts in the LED light but it is actually measured by the lumens per watt. The LED bulbs don’t need high power watts like the halogen ones. A 7- or 12-watt LED bulb more brightness than the 100-watt traditional bulb does.

Cold or Warm Light

The color of the light room has a great impact on the environment inside the room. Choosing the right light is very important in the room’s atmosphere.  Warm light, white light, and natural light are generally the two most common color options available in LED lights. Warm white LED bulb gives off a comforting yellow glow, similar to traditional incandescent and halogens lights. Whereas, White and natural white provides a more clinical, active, and clean light.

The warm LED Bulbs and lights are usually in the bedrooms while white and natural white is used in halls, working, or active environments.

The color temperature of the lights is measured in Kelvin. The warm color is between 2700 to 3500 Kelvins while the natural is between 4000 to 45000 Kelvins. The white color lies between 6000 to 6500 Kelvins.
